Nativity - after fire

Last Christmas, my friend's parents had a severe house fire while they were out of town. The fire, smoke and water damage was pretty complete, meaning her parents and her three sisters and my friend lost nearly everything in our home. It turned out to be a case of arson, making the whole thing more difficult and confusing. Her mom's nativity set, displayed in the front yard, was preserved and her mom was very very glad to still have it. Unfortunately, the house was looted a few days later, and her dad's bike was stolen out of the shed and her mom's white nativity set was gone. While both her parents have forgiven the offenders, I think it would be nice to recover something that was lost. I think the bike may be a bit out of the price range, but know I could find a replacement Mary, Joseph and Baby Jesus on Ebay.
